I no longer teach public group Yoga classes in the area but getting your Yoga on has never been easier or more bespoke!
I teach one-to-one private Yoga tuition and private group Yoga classes in Student's homes...I do all the travelling and schlepping of equipment leaving you to focus on getting the most out of your practice in your own environment.
It is also possible for sessions to take place online, if you’d prefer.
One-to-one or private group tuition has the great benefit of personalised instruction with a practice tailored to your specific needs in that moment.
